Reported and Known Service Issues

Known Issues May - 2 October 2019 (resolved)Since May 18th 2019 there have been reports of some incorrect following data being shown by the API. This is a Twitter issue generally related to American accounts that have been locked or suspended and then unlocked or some other new algorithm change. These accounts take 1-3 days before the data is correct again. This isn't a issue within our control so please don't email about us about it. We await a fix from Twitter this affects many third party tracker tools not just ours. We have added a feature called Safe Unfollow this is activated under the settings page of our site which removes the Unfollow in-app button and launches the user's profile within Twitter.
